Caliker Homes was created as a natural progression of 20+ years of Architectural and Interior Design, and Project Management Experience. As we are able to offer full Custom Design and Build services, we can ensure a tailored, seamless process for our clients during each phase, while retaining oversight and responsibility for design intent, quality, and schedule/budget during the entire course of the project. This complete service package is what attracts our clients to us, and allows us to maintain a high level of satisfaction with each one of our clients through the whole Design + Build process.

The Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification™ (RHFAC) program is a rating system that measures and certifies the level of meaningful access to buildings and sites. The program evaluates and suggests enhancements to the accessibility of spaces using Universal Design principles.
